This Sony Cyber-shot RX100 VI, compact and powerful, is an all-round dynamite camera. It goes far beyond its size, capable of 24-200mm1 zoom while packing enough AF and IS performance to shoot handheld at all its focal lengths.

Lightning Fast

This RX100 VI boasts high-speed autofocus and a burst mode of up to 24 fps6 to capture even fast-moving subjects in crisp sharpness (up to 233 shots7). This AF system is hybrid of focal-plane phase-detection and contrast-detection, reaching an unprecedented4 speed of 0.03s5. Now you can simply touch the monitor to set your focus or drag your finger along the Touch Pad to re-position the focus while looking through the viewfinder. This subsequently allows you to get creative with focus while shooting video (such as a slow focus effect).

Ground-breaking 4K Filmmaking

This little beast is capable of a variety of different video formats and framerates to cater to your creative needs (incl. 4K UHD video capture at up to 30p8). This is also the first Cyber-shot to support HDR (HLG) to utilize a wider range of brightness and colour9.

*Connect to an HDR(HLG) compatible Sony TV via a USB cable when displaying HDR(HLG) movies.

Not only is it small and powerful but this RX100 VI has been designed, inside and out, to accommodate the professional shooter. Hosting a ZEISS® Vario-Sonnar T* 24-200mm1 F2.8-4.5 lens, optical image stabilization, an advanced image processor and other innovations in optics ensure this camera captures imagery of awesome resolution with minimal noise. The large aperture works with the internal elements (which include 2 aspherical, 4 advanced aspherical and 2 extra-low dispersion lenses) to optimise light guidance to the sensor. This minimizes aberration, allows for high shutter speeds and the creative use of bokeh (selective focus). The sensor is back-illuminated, further enhancing light absorption to permit ISO 803-12800.

You can rest assured that your new RX100 VI will achieve impressive low-light performance, capable of F4 at 100mm1 and F4.5 at 200mm1.

Supports Final Cut Pro X and iMovie

This Sony Cyber-shot RX100 VI is compatible with Final Cut Pro X and iMovie10.
